We are a non-profit organization in Jonesboro, AR, dedicated to creating an interactive museum where children can explore, play, and learn through hands-on exhibits and experiences. Our mission is to inspire curiosity, creativity, and community by providing a space that fosters lifelong learning and joy for families in Northeast Arkansas.
We’ve been hard at work on our Master Plan, and we’re thrilled to finally share a behind-the-scenes look at this exciting phase of the project!
So, what is a Master Plan?
Over the past 14–16 weeks, we’ve partnered with the world-renowned Roto Group (our exhibit design firm) to bring the vision of the Children’s Museum to life.
Here’s what this phase included:
• Countless creative meetings and workshops
• Clear goals and vision development for the museum
• Space planning and layout design
• Initial exhibit renderings
• A detailed cost analysis for building and operation
Our mission is simple:
To create an unforgettable, hands-on learning experience that’s accessible to every child and family in Northeast Arkansas—and that celebrates the spirit and uniqueness of our region.
Together, we’re building something incredible for NEA’s future.
Any and every donation received gets us closer to our goal, in turn helping us open as soon as we can. All contributions are tax-deductible – we thank you for your participation!
